Frequently asked questions

Do you use AI?

Yes, openly. We work with AI tools plus hand retouching, which is why we're fast. Your real product photo is always the starting point, and a person finishes and checks every image before it ships.

Will my images pass Amazon’s rules?

We build to Amazon’s published image requirements: pure white main image, product filling at least 85 % of the frame, no text or badges on the main image. Amazon requires images that show the product accurately, so AI changes the light and the scene, never your product or label. Amazon decides what goes live and makes the final call, so nobody can guarantee its decision. If an image gets flagged for breaking one of these published rules, send us the notice: we fix it free, without using a revision round. Any other change counts as a revision round.

Who owns the images?

You get every right we have in them. Once your order is paid, you can use everything we deliver exclusively and without limits: listings, ads, your website, anywhere. You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos and labels you send us. We never show your results without your OK.

What if I don’t like the result?

Tell us what to change. The Test Shot includes 1 revision round; the Amazon Set and larger packages include 2. One round is one list of changes to the current delivery.

How and when do I pay?

Only after we’ve accepted your request. Your dashboard then shows the payment details: bank transfer in EUR with your order code as reference. Click “I’ve paid” and we’ll confirm as soon as it arrives. That’s when the clock starts.

Do you charge VAT?

No. We’re a small business under German VAT law (§ 19 UStG), so no VAT is charged.

How long do you keep my files?

We delete your uploads and deliveries 180 days after your order is complete. Download everything you need before then.

Do you work with consumers?

No, businesses only. You’ll confirm that when you send a request.

What photos should I send?

1–20 clear phone photos of the real product: front, back, sides and a close-up of the label. Daylight beats flash. No filters.

Do I need to ship a sample?

No. No samples, no shipping, no studio booking. If your photos aren’t enough, we’ll tell you before you pay.
